Hope that Goes beyond Sight

Heavenly Father, I praise You today for Your word and the wisdom that You offer through the writings of those whom Your Spirit inspired to lead Your church and help us grow in righteousness. Help me to take command of my morning as You taught Job to do and to shake all evil out of my day.

Holy Spirit Paul wrote in what we now call the book of Romans the following: I want to graft this into my heart and mind what he is teaching. Please help me to consume, digest, and grow from this: “22 We know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan within ourselves while eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For we are saved through hope, but hope that is seen is not hope, for why does a man still hope for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we patiently wait for it. 26 Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weaknesses, for we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. 27 He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. 28 We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. 29 For those whom He foreknew, He predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30 And those whom He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified; and those whom He justified, He also glorified. 31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” [Romans 8:22-31, MEV] Let my hope be strong especially since I can not see eternity yet. Let me know and fulfill my purpose in life so that I can glorify God with all that I am and shine as a reflective star of the light from Jesus and shown because of Your Spirit within me a living temple. Let me understand that I am alive in Christ and dead to this world and to live accordingly. Help this to be true today, tomorrow, and until I do see eternity and my Savior Jesus Christ, Amen, Amen.
