Heavenly Father I believe in Your word, the lessons You teach us, and the wisdom and knowledge we can glean from them that helps us grow and be more deep in our faith as we stand on the shoulders of all who went before us. When You created us You made us have intelligence so that we could learn and grow and continue to outdo the previous generation because of the knowledge base and learned experiences for us to use as a base to take on the next technology challenge we face. I can not praise You enough for making me in this time and this generation. Help me today to take command of my morning.
Holy Spirit Elisha set the example for us to seek a double blessing so that we can serve You with all that we are and with all that You have given us. Holy Spirit I also have learned and believe that we should talk to You as specific as we can instead of generalities. I come before You today and request a double blessing of Esther’s wisdom and poise for Emmerson, Emma, Akeirra, Naomi, and Olivia. I ask for a double blessing of Caleb’s fearlessness, boldness
and ability to stand for what is right even when others shrunk away for Dallas, Quinten, Gabe, Gavin, Asa, Cade, Caleb, and Mike. I seek to have a double blessing of wisdom of Daniel, Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego placed on Emmerson, Mike, Caleb, Cade, Emma, Akierra, Maddy, Margeret, Dallas, Noah, Mariah, Amber, Olivia, Quinten, Gave, Gavin, Asa, Naomi, Luke, Jack, Noah, Kayla, Paul, Zoe, Willow, Elizabeth, Matthew, Lilly, Tim, and Katie. Help them to grow in wisdom as the aforementioned men of faith and give them true spiritual discernment so that this generation can move mountains, conquer giants, stand before kings and noblemen, and represent You with all their heart and being. Help them to excel with the gifts and talents You have provided so that it opens a door for them to testify of who You are and the hope that is deeply embedded within them.
Holy Spirit I pray that just as You honored Elisha with a double portion of Elijah’s spirit You would hear my petition and give these Young people a double portion I have asked for to bless them and embolden them to be the next
generation of leaders and people of faith. Let Your will be done here on the earth as it is in heaven, and may Your name always be glorified, to my Savior and closest friend Jesus I say Amen and Amen.
