You are The Holy God

(Elohim Kedoshim)

Heavenly Father I praise You today for being the Holy God. No one can compare to You. I praise You that because You are Holy, Jesus was, is, and always will be Holy and so is Your Spirit. Because we are brought into the family under Jesus we are now Holy. Not as Holy as You, but we have become separate for Your use and fulfillment. You created us for a purpose and when we become Holy through Christ we can start on fulfilling the purpose of our creation bringing You joy.

Holy Spirit Your word says: “I am the Lord your God, so you must consecrate yourselves and be holy because I am holy.” “Whoever turns to mediums or spiritists and prostitutes themselves with them, I will turn against that person and cut them off from their peoples. Consecrate yourselves and be holy, for I am the Lord your God. Keep my statutes and do them; I am the Lord who sets you apart.” “But as the one who called you is holy, you also are to be holy in all your conduct; for it is written, Be Holy, because I am Holy. If you appeal to the Father who judges impartially according to each one’s work, you are to conduct yourselves in reverence during your time living as strangers. For you know that you were redeemed from your empty way of life inherited from your ancestors, not with perishable things like silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb. He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was revealed in these last times for you. Through him, you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. Since you have purified yourselves by your obedience to the truth, so that you show sincere brotherly love for each other, from a pure heart love one another constantly, because you have been born again—not of perishable seed but of imperishable—through the living and enduring word of God.” [Leviticus 11:44, 20:6-8; 1 Peter 1:15-23; CSB]

Holy Spirit teach me how to live a holy life so I can be honoring to the God who is Holy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
